Monday Morning

Nothing hurts my head more than a Monday morning. So today I've gone to work as Casual Bob in my white boyfriend jeans and denim shirt. Contrary to appearance I am not employed as a bricklayer today, but we can't always look fashionable in fashion...

One thing that made my Monday ok was the arrival of this gorgeous stripe clutch bag from Lulu Guinness.
As you know I was lusting over monochrome and stripes last week so this bag is the perfect remedy to my sartorial desires. *insert heart eye emoji around about here*

New Season Shopping

It's the warmest day of the year so far, plus payday weekend, so enter thoughts of summer clothes, beach dressing... and swimwear.
Never does one need well cut, well designed architecture more than when wearing oh-so-little on the beach, and yet spending £200 on four triangles of lycra couldn't feel more demoralising.
Enter Marysia to save the day *cue Mighty Mouse theme tune*
Beautiful swimwear without the mental price tag - THAT'S what I'm talking about.
These bikinis retail at $130 which in the Queen's monies is only £78 - a bargain when you note that slipping one on instantly transforms you into a Victoria Secrets model.
(disclaimer: this is not true).
So put down the cake, go to the gym, buy a Marysia bikini and you'll look smoking hot in time for the actual summer.

Here's What I Wore...

...On a Friday in March.

I'm a girl who likes her some stripes, and some days you just gotta do it all at once.
The Monki tshirt and Monki jacket are two of my favourite pieces at the moment, and these Pepe Jeans trousers fit like a dream.
A pair of Mother of Pearl sneakers and Micky Mouse shades and I'm ready to rock ze weekend.

Shop my pick of stripes...

New Season Shopping...

There's something about this time of year that makes me want to empty my whole wardrobe and start again, stripping back to basics and rebuilding.
And what better way to start than in monochrome?
The necessities - Culottes and slogan sweatshirts - this summer's staples, flat shoes, mirrored sunglasses, a simple cuff and the perfect Saint Laurent bag....

Even though I spend half the day scrubbing each consecutive meal off my clothes, I sure do love wearing white when it's cold outside....

Here's What I Wore...

... On a Wednesday in March

When wearing an arrow emblazoned across one's top, it's only natural to move vigorously in that direction, pointy fingers and all. This does tend to mean you seem to end up moving in circles for hours on end, but it's all worth it in the name of fashwaaaan.

Here's What I Wore...

...On a Tuesday in March

This shirt is from the Gap summer collection which is totally amazing. Probably the best season for Gap EVER. And I'm a girl who loves her Gap, so that sure as hell is saying something.
Star print denim, paisley tees and the perfect suede bags - the first drop is in store now.
Run don't walk.
